These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the bv999c platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using bv999c, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software and any form of account manipulation are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv999c holds its operating license. Pakistani users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing this platform complies with local law.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bv999c ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bv999c website accessible at https://bv999c.cam and all related services, features and functionalities offered therein.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. bv999c does not claim to be licensed, endorsed or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether accessing this Platform is lawful under applicable local legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register and use a bv999c Account, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. bv999c strictly prohibits access to its Platform by minors. Where there is any doubt as to a User's age, the Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before allowing account activity to continue.
You may not register or use an Account if you are located in, or are a resident of, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to the Platform is lawful in your country of residence or location at the time of use. The Platform does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in all jurisdictions.
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding Balance. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, you must contact Support immediately.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
bv999c reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at registration at any time. Accounts may be restricted pending the outcome of such verification. This process is a standard part of responsible platform operation and is not targeted at any specific individual.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bv999c will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bv999c Support immediately. The Platform will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict Account access to prevent further unauthorised activity.
Before processing a withdrawal request, or in connection with any other Account activity as determined by bv999c, you may be required to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents may include, but are not limited to:
Documents must be clear, unaltered and uploaded only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. bv999c will never instruct Users to share sensitive identity documents through unsecured chat, email or third-party messaging platforms.
Deposits may be made using payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. For reference, Pakistani users may be familiar with mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, the Raast instant payment system, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. However, bv999c does not represent that any of these services are available, or that they endorse or facilitate gambling transactions on behalf of bv999c. Users must check the live cashier for the current list of accepted methods.
Pakistani Users hold Accounts denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All wagers, winnings and transaction limits are expressed in PKR unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on the requested amount and compliance with all applicable Platform policies. Processing timelines are subject to the payment provider and the Platform's current operational queue and are not guaranteed.
bv999c reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into an Account as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension pending investigation.
No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bv999c does not accept deposits from third parties. Any third-party deposits identified may be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended.
bv999c may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, opt-in requirements, time limits and wagering requirements. These terms are presented at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each individual promotion. For illustrative purposes: a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means that PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
bv999c actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account activity, use of automated wagering tools and exploitation of promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Platform reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend the Account.
In the event that a bonus or promotion is published due to a technical error or human mistake, bv999c reserves the right to correct or withdraw the offer without liability. Users who have already claimed an erroneous promotion in good faith will be notified of the correction.
bv999c reserves the right to accept or decline any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects the integrity of an event or market. Bets placed on void markets will have stakes returned. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
All odds and prices offered on the Platform are subject to change. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. For sports markets, bv999c displays odds in decimal format by default. Users may filter by their preferred format where the Platform permits.
Each casino game and live dealer product is governed by the rules of that individual game as presented within the game interface. RTP figures displayed on product pages are theoretical averages provided by the game supplier and are subject to independent verification. They do not represent guaranteed returns for individual playing sessions.
In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting event, bv999c will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Where a bet cannot be confirmed due to a connectivity or system failure, the Platform's decision on the outcome of that bet is final.

Violation of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and referral to the relevant legal authorities where criminal activity is suspected. bv999c reserves the right to pursue civil remedies in respect of financial losses caused by prohibited conduct.
All content on the bv999c Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data structures, game interfaces and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of bv999c or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, public display or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from bv999c.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv999c and its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
bv999c does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or that any content will be accurate or complete at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bv999c's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Gambling Involves Financial Risk: Users acknowledge that gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. bv999c is not responsible for losses incurred during normal use of the Platform. Users should never wager more than they can afford to lose.

bv999c reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the User has breached these Terms; the Account is being used in connection with prohibited conduct; the User has provided false registration information; or the continued operation of the Account presents a legal or regulatory risk to the Platform.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting bv999c Support. Closure requests will be processed in accordance with the Platform's current procedures. Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks.
Upon Account closure or suspension, your right to access the Platform and its services terminates immediately. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise agreed by bv999c in writing.
bv999c reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or in-platform notification in advance of the changes taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv999c holds its operating license, as applicable to the Platform. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Where a dispute relates to a specific bet or transaction, Users are encouraged to contact bv999c Support in the first instance. The Platform will endeavour to resolve such disputes in a fair and timely manner in accordance with its internal dispute resolution procedure.
Pakistani users are reminded that local courts may take a different view of the enforceability of these Terms depending on applicable local law. bv999c does not represent that these Terms are enforceable in Pakistan or that Pakistani law governs the relationship between bv999c and Pakistani users. Independent legal advice is recommended where this is relevant to you.
